Hello,  and welcome!

I’m Vanesa Rocha,  designer, style strategist, and the creator of The LELA Method — a framework designed to refine your wardrobe and the way you present yourself. With this process, you experience a stronger presence and a deeper sense of confidence in how you show up in the world.

With 20 years in the fashion industry, I have built a path shaped by cities such as São Paulo, New York, and Zurich, spanning from product design to image and styling, from the luxury market to sustainability projects, and from teaching to entrepreneurship.

This background deepened my understanding of what clothing communicates, how it shapes perception and behavior, and the role a wardrobe plays in real life.

SAVOIR-FAIRE

A Strategic Perspective

My work is grounded in a long-term view: tailored in approach, timeless in direction, conscious in choice, and circular in the way it evolves and holds value over time.

This lens considers the context: how clothing is perceived in different environments, what your visual language communicates before you speak, and how it shapes professional presence across roles and settings.

It looks beyond what is already in the wardrobe to what reflects your current moment, your next steps, and what your way of dressing needs to communicate about both.

THE VISION

The LELA Method

As a child, clothing was already a form of expression, observation, and discovery for me. There is also a quiet inheritance in that relationship: my grandmother, whom I never had the chance to meet, was a seamstress.

Since that time I was already aware of how clothing could shape how we feel, act, and present ourselves. This vision, deepened through knowledge and practice in the fashion industry, guides my understanding of the message behind dressing.

Every piece expresses something and carries a story. The LELA Method brings structure to that language. It was born of a combination of intuition, perspective, and expertise: it is built on four pillars — identity, aesthetics, visual language, and action plan — that come together to shape a more intentional and well-defined way of dressing.
